Full-time Employee Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO)
You’ll begin accruing PTO immediately upon hire. After your first 90 days, you’ll receive a prorated PTO balance for the remainder of the year. PTO accrual increases with your length of service.

Health Insurance

The plan is employee-funded, with employer profit-sharing contributions beginning after one year of service. Contributions are targeted at 7% of your salary and are subject to a six-year vesting schedule.
