Our authorizations personnel will assist you with any insurance questions you may have including co-pay, share of cost and or deductible obligations that you may have.
For surgical intervention, our surgery authorizations personnel will contact your insurance carrier directly.

Thanks to Dr. David Hald who twice recognized and brought to my attention potentially life threatening concerns, the first of which he pretty much resolved, the second outside his specialty. Great doctor, talks to you, easy going, attentive and has monitored me since 2010. In the 10 years I’ve been seen at Urology Nevada, I have always been treated with respectful care and concern by everyone with whom I have come in contact.

It was probably the best experience that I have ever had in a doctor’s office. Staff was excellent. The person who saw me, not sure if she was a nurse practitioner or a PA was thorough but I really felt that A) she knew what she was talking about and B) she explained what she was 90% sure was going on clearly to allay my fears. She should be commended.
Dr. Sage came highly recommendation to me and was glad that I was able to meet with Him. He was very informative, direct in his approach to treatment, a plan to follow to cure the infection, and had a very good sense of humor. I would definitely recommended Him.
