Derek Glazier, PA-C

DEREK GLAZIER, PA-C

Derek was raised just outside of Phoenix, Az. He completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, and then moved to Virginia to complete his Physician Assistant training at the George Washington University. After completing his training, he and his family made Reno their home as he joined the clinical team at Urology Nevada. Derek is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In addition to his clinical interests in urology, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid hiker, camper, and enjoys any time spent with his family outdoors.

Corinna L. Jewell, BSPAS, PA-C

CORINNA L. JEWELL, BSPAS, PA-C

Corinna L. Jewell, BSPAS PA-C graduated Cum Laude from South University in Savannah, Georgia with her Physician Assistant degree in 2006. She completed internships in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Psychology, with an emphasis in Urology. She pursued a BS in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Georgia State University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Physician Assistants and holds membership with the Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants, California Academy of Physician Assistants, and Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants. After obtaining her Physician Assistant degree in 2006 she returned to Reno and joined the clinical team at Urology Nevada. Her dedication and experience in the specialty of Urology has made her an integral provider of patient care to our community. Corinna enjoys many outdoor activities, but spends most of her free time traveling with her two children to their various extracurricular and sporting events.

Jeremy Reichert, PA-C

JEREMY REICHERT, PA-C

Jeremy grew up locally and attended college in Kentucky where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Physical Science and Mathematics. He later received his Physician Assistant training through the University of California-Davis. Jeremy is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has diverse experience in multiple fields of medicine and enjoys all aspects of Urologic disorders.

ABIGAIL FREEMAN, PA-C

Abigail grew up here in Reno, Nevada where she graduated from Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. Although the Reno autumns are hard to step away from, she yearned for a change in scenery and moved south to achieve a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Humanities at the University of San Diego. Growing up in a household with two physician parents, her interest in medicine and desire to help others began at an early age. After participating in medical missions in South America and Haiti, her love for medicine and desire to help others only became more clear, making it an easy decision to pursue a career as a physician assistant. Abigail graduated from the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, NM and is board certified through the National Academy of Physician Assistants. Although the land of enchantment was enticing, she had caught the surgery bug and chose to return to northern Nevada after graduation to work alongside her father at Urology Nevada.

Outside of the office, Abigail enjoys hiking, skiing, pickle ball, roller skating, spending time with her family & dogs. She is excited to start her career as a physician assistant with us.

LEXI JACOBSON, PA-C

LEXI JACOBSON, PA-C

Lexi is a proud native Nevadan. She was born and raised in Las Vegas. Lexi later attended the University of Nevada, Reno for her undergraduate degree in biology. She became very involved in the Reno community during that time by participating in student government and her sorority Kappa Alpha Theta. She later completed her Physician Assistant training at the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She proudly traveled for her clinical rotations, practicing 8 different medical specialties across 4 different states. However, it was her elective clinical rotation at Urology Nevada that ultimately won her heart and inspired her to move back to beautiful northern Nevada.

Lexi is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Urological Association, and the American Urogynecology Society. Outside of her urologic interests, Lexi enjoys traveling, live music, hiking, skiing, and discovering new hidden gems in our Reno community.

STEFFANIE ROBERTUS, PA-C

STEFFANIE ROBERTUS, PA-C

Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Steffanie completed her undergraduate degree in Biotechnology at Montana State University. After graduating, she worked as a medical assistant for several years prior to attending PA school at the University of Iowa. She was fortunate to study under an incredible urologist mentor at Iowa, who provided her with opportunities to pursue extra urology training in men’s health while in school. After graduating, Steffanie moved back out west to the mountains to join the team at Urology Nevada.

Steffanie is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of urology, she also loves snowboarding, hiking, playing basketball, volunteering with the Doberman Rescue of Nevada, and spending time with her own two rescue Dobermans Dax and Sylvie. She looks forward to exploring the great state of Nevada and getting involved in our local community!

TESS JONES, PA-C

TESS JONES, PA-C

Tess is a proud 4th generation Nevadan, born and raised in Reno. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno on a golf scholarship and completed her Bachelor of Science degree. After working locally as an MRI tech aide after college, she moved to Ireland and earned a Master of Public Health degree. There, she worked in public health research and volunteered in the community in her free time. She returned home to Northern Nevada to attend the newly established PA program at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

She fell in love with urology during her clinical rotations and enjoys the diversity of the clinical, hospital, and surgical aspects of the specialty. She is excited to join the team at Urology Nevada and provide care to the growing population in her hometown. Tess is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the American Urological Association. Outside of work, you can find Tess on the golf course, pickleball court, or travelling to visit friends and family.

MICHELLE LOUBET, PA-C

MICHELLE LOUBET, PA-C

Michelle attended San Francisco State University and graduated with a B.S. in Health Education with a emphasis in Underserved Communities. She moved to South Lake Tahoe and worked as an EMT Ski Patroller while working on prerequisites for PA school. She attended UNR’s PA program and received extra certifications in Geriatric populations and the Da Vinci Robot. After PA school she worked in a busy Urgent Care on the East Coast to gain experience prior to moving back to Reno.

Michelle is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Urological Association. She loves to cook and bake as much as she loves to be active in the great outdoors Reno has to offer.

Josh Lyons - Urology Nevada

JOSH J. LYONS, PA-C

Josh grew up just over the hill in the small town of Loomis, CA. He found his passion for medicine while volunteering as a student athletic trainer for his high school sports medicine program. He attended the University of California Santa Barbara where he graduated as a Regent’s Scholar with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology. He then moved to Reno to be closer to family while working to complete prerequisites and obtain patient care hours prior to applying to PA school. He worked as an AEMT on an ambulance for REMSA and as an Emergency Trauma Technician at Renown Children’s Emergency Department. He attended the University of Nevada School of Medicine Physician Assistant Studies Program with the intention of becoming a PA in order to further serve Nevadans.

When he isn’t working Josh spends much of his time outdoors. He enjoys flyfishing, snowboarding, paddle boarding, as well as exercising and coaching CrossFit at a local nonprofit gym.

Cheyanne Annis, PA-C

Cheyanne grew up in the small rural town of Ukiah, CA and has lived in Reno for the past 7 years. She graduated Cum Laude from Purdue University Global where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Science. While earning her undergraduate degree she worked as a certified medical assistant and certified phlebotomy technician, working in various specialties like geriatrics, pediatrics, podiatry, pain management and neurosurgery. She then attended the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine Physician Assistant Studies Program with the goal of providing healthcare to both local and rural Nevadans.

It was during her third clinical rotation where she became mesmerized by Urology and fell in love with every aspect of it. She is excited to join the Urology Nevada team and provide healthcare to our growing community. When Cheyanne is not in the office, she is enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her husband and two dogs, Shadow, and Ghost. She loves playing and coaching basketball. She also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
