STEPHEN GABELICH
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Gabelich holds a BS from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the University of California, Davis. Prior to his role as Urology Nevada’s CEO, he served as the CEO of Placerville’s largest multi-specialty group, the CEO of Sacramento Valley’s largest ophthalmology group and the COO of two business application and development companies. He proudly extends his expertise outside the office and contributes to our community by managing associations, sponsoring events and sitting on various committees and boards.
RICK GERDTS
Chief Financial Officer
Rick Gerdts has more than 30 years of financial and accounting expertise within the healthcare industry, with broad experience across health insurance, hospitals, medical providers and non-profit sectors. He earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and currently holds a CPA license and CMA certificate. He is recognized as a Certified Balanced Scorecard Practitioner and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants Reno chapter and the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
Rick and his wife enjoy hiking, spending time around Lake Tahoe and working as advocates for Nevada’s wild horses.
SABRINA PERES
Clinic Director
Sabrina Peres has a passion for helping others, exemplified by her service in the US military and more than nine years working in healthcare clinics. She holds a degree in Business Management and continues to further her education in healthcare. At the Urology Nevada Care Center, she is dedicated to building and developing her care team to deliver the best possible healthcare experience for our patients.
SARA VICTORIA
Scheduling Manager
Sara Victoria is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience at Urology Nevada through effective scheduling and communication. She is a true innovator, balancing new technology with tried and true administrative skills to ensure a consistent, seamless patient experience.
MAYRA PRUETT
Clinic Manager
Mayra Pruett has 13 years of experience in the medical field, including 11 years with Urology Nevada. She is dedicated to supporting a specialty that continues to grow while fostering her own professional development. Mayra values working alongside providers and colleagues who make each day meaningful and rewarding, and she is committed to creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Mayra enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors during the summer months.
