Common Conditions
Urinary / Kidney
- Bedwetting (Nocturnal Enuresis)
- Hydronephrosis — swelling of one or both kidneys due to a blockage or obstruction in the urinary tract.
- Kidney/Bladder Stones
- Posterior Urethral Valves (PUV) — obstructive membranes that block the outflow of urine through the urethra
- Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
- Urinary Incontinence — loss of bladder control
- Vesicoureteral Reflux (VUR) — urine flows in the wrong direction from the bladder to the kidneys
Genital
- Hydrocele — abdominal fluid fills a sac in your scrotum, causing it to swell
- Hypospadias — the opening of the urethra is on the underside of the penis
- Inguinal Hernia — part of the membrane lining the abdominal cavity or intestine sticks out through a weak spot in the abdomen
- Undescended Testicles (cryptorchidism) — one or both testicles do not descend into the scrotum.
- Varicocele — enlargement of the veins within the loose bag of skin holding the testicles
