I have had a very positive experience here. Both my son and I have been seen by Dr. Goode and we are very satisfied with his thorough and thoughtful care. I was also very impressed with the state of the art facility and friendly staff. They have been prompt and very professional. They even filed an unsolicited appeal to my insurance company to get me more coverage and they were successful! I couldn’t believe it. Will be recommending them to my grandfather as well.

Dr. Goode is one of the best physicians I have seen in years. Very kind, interested in my overall health, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Urological issues can be difficult to discuss and his demeanor makes it much easier. I would definitely refer friends and families to him.

Dr. Hald is an outstanding surgeon and great person to talk to. He’s not just my doctor, I consider him a friend as well. We need more like him.
Thanks to Dr. David Hald who twice recognized and brought to my attention potentially life threatening concerns, the first of which he pretty much resolved, the second outside his specialty. Great doctor, talks to you, easy going, attentive and has monitored me since 2010. In the 10 years I’ve been seen at Urology Nevada, I have always been treated with respectful care and concern by everyone with whom I have come in contact.

I was very nervous going to my appointment today, but the medical assistant made me smile and had me laughing the second she called my name from the lobby! I really appreciate her positivity, energy, compassion and bedside manner! Thank you so much! Also the physician was so thorough, and caring. Took time to listen and made me feel safe and comfortable! One of the best experiences I’ve had a doctor office!
It was probably the best experience that I have ever had in a doctor’s office. Staff was excellent. The person who saw me, not sure if she was a nurse practitioner or a PA was thorough but I really felt that A) she knew what she was talking about and B) she explained what she was 90% sure was going on clearly to allay my fears. She should be commended.

Dr. Sage came highly recommendation to me and was glad that I was able to meet with Him. He was very informative, direct in his approach to treatment, a plan to follow to cure the infection, and had a very good sense of humor. I would definitely recommended Him.

Their use of computer technology to facilitate ease of check in, medical record keeping and patient interaction and response is very accommodating. After a short time of familiarizing with the system it seems to work very well.

Corrina Jewell is a jewel indeed! So are your other staff. I am SOOOO impressed. RESPECT for the patient is so often absent in the medical practices here in Northern Nevada, esp. for folks perceived to be of lower status. Your practice shows respect to everyone. All of you should pat yourselves on your backs—this is how medicine should be practiced.
