Derek Glazier, PA-C

DEREK GLAZIER, PA-C

Derek completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University and his physician assistant training at George Washington University in Virginia. Derek is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Originally from the outskirts of Phoenix, AZ, he is happy to have made a home in Reno where he enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with his wife and two children.

Corinna L. Jewell, BSPAS, PA-C

CORINNA L. JEWELL, BSPAS, PA-C

Corinna earned her BS in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Georgia State University, before graduating cum laude with her Physician Assistant degree from South University in 2006. Her extensive training included internships across diverse fields including family medicine, with an emphasis on urology, sports medicine, neurology, pediatrics and psychology. She is board certified through the American Academy of Physician Assistants and holds membership with the Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants, California Academy of Physician Assistants and Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants.

Outside her job as a urology Physician Assistant, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and spends most of her free time traveling with her two children to their various extracurricular and sporting events.

Jeremy Reichert, PA-C

JEREMY REICHERT, PA-C

Jeremy grew up locally and attended college in Kentucky, where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Physical Science and Mathematics. He later received his physician assistant training through the University of California, Davis. Jeremy is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has diverse experience in multiple fields of medicine and enjoys all aspects of caring for those with urologic disorders.

ABIGAIL FREEMAN, PA-C

ABIGAIL FREEMAN, PA-C

Growing up in a household with two physician parents, Abigail’s interest in medicine and desire to help others began at an early age. This interest was nurtured during her medical missions in South America and Haiti. She holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of San Diego and earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is board certified through the National Academy of Physician Assistants.

Originally from Reno, Abigail returned home after her studies to work as a urology physician assistant alongside her father, Dr. John Freeman, at Urology Nevada. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, skiing, pickleball, roller skating and spending time with her family and dogs.

LEXI JACOBSON, PA-C

LEXI JACOBSON, PA-C

Lexi is a proud native Nevadan, born and raised in Las Vegas. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Nevada, Reno, she became involved in the Reno community by participating in student government and her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. She later completed her physician assistant training at the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico and traveled extensively for her clinical rotations, practicing eight different medical specialties across four states. It was her elective clinical rotation at Urology Nevada that won her heart and inspired her to move back to beautiful Northern Nevada.

Lexi is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Urological Association and the American Urogynecology Society. Outside her urologic interests, Lexi enjoys traveling, live music, hiking, skiing and discovering hidden gems in our Reno community.

STEFFANIE ROBERTUS, PA-C

STEFFANIE ROBERTUS, PA-C

Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Steffanie earned her undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from Montana State University. After graduation, she gained valuable experience working as a medical assistant for several years before pursuing her physician assistant training at the University of Iowa. During her time at Iowa, she had the privilege of studying under one of the best urologists in the area, which allowed her to receive specialized training in men’s health and urology.

Upon completing her PA program, Steffanie returned to the western mountains to join the esteemed team at Urology Nevada. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, she loves snowboarding, hiking, playing basketball, volunteering with the Doberman Rescue of Nevada and spending time with her own two rescue Dobermans, Dax and Sylvie.

TESS JONES, PA-C

TESS JONES, PA-C

Tess is a proud fourth-generation Nevadan, born and raised in Reno where she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno on a golf scholarship. After college, she worked locally as an MRI tech aide before moving to Ireland, where she earned a Master of Public Health degree. There, she worked in public health research and volunteered in the community in her free time.

Upon returning to Northern Nevada, Tess earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. During her clinical rotations, she discovered her passion for urology, appreciating the specialty’s diverse clinical, hospital and surgical aspects. Tess is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Urological Association.

Outside of work, you can find Tess on the golf course, pickleball court, or traveling to visit friends and family.

MICHELLE LOUBET, PA-C

MICHELLE LOUBET, PA-C

Michelle holds a BS in Health Education with an emphasis in Underserved Communities from San Francisco State University. After graduating, she moved to South Lake Tahoe and worked as an EMT Ski Patroller, while working on prerequisites for physician assistant school. She attended the PA program at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she also received certifications in Geriatrics and the da Vinci Robotic System.

Following PA school, Michelle gained valuable experience working in a busy urgent care on the East Coast before moving back to Reno to pursue her career in urology. Michelle is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Urological Association.

Beyond urology, Michelle is passionate about cooking, baking and spending time in the great outdoors of the Reno area.

Josh Lyons - Urology Nevada

JOSH J. LYONS, PA-C

Josh grew up just over the hill in the small town of Loomis, California. While volunteering as a student athletic trainer for his high school sports medicine program, he discovered his passion for medicine. Josh attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated as a Regent’s Scholar with a BS in Biopsychology.

Seeking to be closer to family, Josh moved to Reno, where he worked to complete his prerequisites and gain patient care experience before applying to physician assistant school. He gained valuable hands-on experience as an AEMT on an ambulance for REMSA and as an Emergency Trauma Technician at Renown Children’s Emergency Department before earning his Physician Assistant degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. As a urology physician assistant at Urology Nevada, he is driven by his desire to serve our local community.

When he isn’t working, Josh spends much of his time outdoors. He enjoys flyfishing, snowboarding, paddle boarding, exercising and coaching CrossFit at a local nonprofit gym.

Cheyanne Annis, PA-C

CHEYANNE ANNIS, PA-C

Cheyanne grew up in the small rural town of Ukiah, California and has lived in Reno for nearly a decade. She graduated cum laude from Purdue University Global with a BS in Health Science. While earning her undergraduate degree, she worked as a certified medical assistant and certified phlebotomy technician, gaining experience in various specialties including geriatrics, pediatrics, podiatry, pain management and neurosurgery.

She went on to attend the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine Physician Assistant Studies program with the goal of providing healthcare to both local and rural Nevadans. It was during her third clinical rotation that she discovered her passion for urology. At Urology Nevada, she is inspired by her ability to provide quality healthcare to our growing community.

Outside the clinic, Cheyanne can be found enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her husband and two dogs, Shadow and Ghost. She also loves playing and coaching basketball, snowboarding, hiking, camping and spending quality time with family and friends.
